Our clients can be confident there will be independent and impartial administration of the trust as directed by both the terms of the governing document(s) and state law -- and this protection extends to all current, future and contingent trust beneficiaries.
The executives at ProFiduciary provide custody and safekeeping of all trust assets, documents and records, as well as the registration of all trust assets in the name of the trustee, its depository or nominee.
Other services provided to our trust clientele include:
- The collection, allocation and distribution of trust income and principal according to the terms of the governing document(s) and state law
- Regular accounting statements and investment reports are made available to trust beneficiaries
- Independent supervision of portfolio manager, including investment monitoring, periodic reallocation of trust investments and reinvestment of trust cash
- A written policy statement of investment guidelines and objectives for the trust
- Written investment recommendations to co-fiduciaries or other outside advisors
- Action on capital changes, corporate reorganizations, proxies and maturing items
- Coordinate the preparation and filing of the client's personal income tax returns and/or trust fiduciary tax returns, as necessary
- Coordinating the preparation and filing of estate and/or gift tax returns, as necessary
- The supervision of property manager, tenant relations and lease/rental negotiations
- The supervision of real estate property maintenance, repairs and capital improvements
- The supervision of real estate sales, acquisitions and IRS Section 1031 tax-deferred exchanges
- The collection of rental income, royalty income and tenant reimbursements
- The payment of real property taxes, insurance, mortgages and other related expenses
- The payment of bills for the benefit of current trust income beneficiaries, as appropriate
- The coordination of medical care, insurance claims and reimbursements for the benefit of current trust income beneficiaries, as appropriate
