Rik Floyd began as a full-time fiduciary in 2014 and joined ProFiduciary in 2022.

 

He is a California Licensed Professional Fiduciary (CLPF #832) and earned certificates in Professional Fiduciary Management for Conservators and Trustees. Rik, holds a BS from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and an MBA from St. Mary’s College of California.

 

Many estate, probate, and trust matters often involve complex business and real estate assets. Rik’s prior commercial real estate career included assisting multi-generational families with real estate holdings within their estates with their estate planning needs.

 

Rik’s professional affiliations include the San Diego Estate Planning Council, Professional Fiduciary Association of California, and Cal Poly Alumni Association (former President and Board of Directors member).

 

Rik is married and lives in Solana Beach, where he and his spouse support and volunteer with both community and Christian organizations.
