Ryan Henry is a California Licensed Professional Fiduciary (License #1552) with over two decades of experience in banking and financial services. His path to fiduciary work was shaped by personal responsibility—assisting with the administration of his late grandparent’s estate and serving as co-trustee of his mother’s trust. These experiences gave Ryan a firsthand understanding of the importance of trust, diligence, and clear communication during life’s most important transitions.

 

Ryan earned both his Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and his MBA from San Diego State University while working full time in banking. His career includes leadership roles at Wells Fargo, JPMorgan Chase, Union Bank, Banc of California, and U.S. Bank, where he consistently focused on growth, operational excellence, and client service.

 

In addition to managing branches and loan portfolios, Ryan led teams through complex initiatives, including PPP loan distribution during the COVID-19 pandemic and the integration of Union Bank into U.S. Bank’s branch network. His ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution allows him to serve clients with care, precision, and accountability.

 

Ryan is a member of the Professional Fiduciaries Association of California, Probate Attorneys of San Diego, and the North County Estate Planning Council of San Diego. He is a Southern California native and currently lives in San Diego. Outside of work, Ryan enjoys staying active, sports, and international travel.
